Deal2invest.com is a website operated by a natural person Ing. Miroslav Vilem, Ul. 1. Mája 19, 841 07 Bratislava, Slovak Republic, Company number:  41542941, (hereinafter referred to as the “Operator”).

Processing of personal data

1. When processing personal data, we are based on the main principles of Regulation of the European Parliament and the Council (EU) No. 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons in the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter referred to as GDPR or Regulation), Act no. 110/2019 Coll. on the processing of personal data, Act no. 111/2019 Coll., amending some laws with the adoption of the Act on Personal Data Processing, Act No. 480/2004 Coll. on some information society services, Act no. 127/2005 Coll. on electronic communications and other legal regulations governing the protection of personal data.

For the purposes of using the Server service by the Advertiser and the Interested Party, in particular placing Advertisements and mediating contact between the Advertiser and the Interested Party, the Operator is authorized to process the personal data of the Advertiser and the Interested Party or the personal data provided or entered by the Advertiser or the Interested Party when using the Server (email, telephone, IP address, cookie , advertising ID, descriptive and invoicing data for payments).
3. Such processing of personal data is legal, as it is necessary for the performance of the contract based on which the Advertiser and the Interested Party use the services of the Server and to which the Advertiser or the Interested Party is a party, as the subject of personal data.
4. In specific cases, the Operator may process personal data beyond the scope of Art. 2. and 3. Conditions, if such processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests of the Operator or third parties, always in accordance with the legal requirements for the processing of personal data.
5. The user agrees, in accordance with the Act on Certain Information Society Services, that the Operator is authorized to send the user any messages containing information about the news offered by Deal2invest.com.
6. We use the services of third-party advertising companies to display advertisements to our website visitors. These companies may use information (not including your name, address, e-mail address or telephone number) about your visits to these and other websites to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you.
7. All information about inserted ads, emails, telephones are deleted six months after insertion. Payment data, invoices are archived for three years.

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data displayed in the comment form as well as the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help detect spam.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to Gravatar to determine if you are using it. The Gravatar privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/.

After your comment is approved, your profile picture will be visible to the public in the context of your comment.

The media

If you are uploading images to a website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Website visitors can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
