General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

Terms of use of the Deal2invest.com website

  1. Deal2invest.com is a website operated by a natural person Ing. Miroslav Vilem, Ul. 1. Mája 19, 841 07 Bratislava, Slovak Republic, Company number: 41542941, (hereinafter referred to as the “Operator”).
  2. The website allows you to publish and search for offers of investment opportunities from project and company owners, companies and projects for sale, to enter inquiries with the offer of free capital, services and other property of private individuals and business entities, hereinafter referred to as Users and Advertisers, collectively “Users”.
  3. Services are provided to Users free of charge. The exception is the charge for publishing an ad.
  4. The operator reserves the right to make the necessary changes in the advertisement, or not to publish the advertisement at all, or to remove the advertisement if it conflicts with the applicable laws of the Slovak Republic, the terms of the website or good morals, even without a prior request for correction and without compensation.
  5. The operator has the right to delete an ad that, at its discretion, does not meet these conditions or if the ad is placed in the wrong section with regard to the text of the ad or the ad gives the impression that the user is another legal entity or natural person, even without a prior request for correction and without compensation.
  6. The inserted advertisement will be published by default for a period of 3 months, or according to the user’s order. After this period, it will be automatically deleted together with all the data that the User entered.
  7. The user is aware that if he wants to remove the ad before the publication period expires, he must send a request by email to the address: super@deal2invest.com
  8. The operator only mediates contact between Users (seller and buyer) and thus does not assume any guarantees for the quality, origin, delivery, collection, payment or usability of the offered items.
  9. The operator is not responsible for the misuse of the User’s personal data listed in the advertisement or obtained by illegal penetration of the website system by a third party. The user agrees to the anonymous use of registration and statistical data.
  10. The operator is not responsible for the activities of the Users or for the way they use Investuj24.sk services. The administrator bears no responsibility for any misuse of the server’s services by Users or third parties.
  11. The operator does not bear any responsibility for damages that the User or third parties may incur directly, indirectly or accidentally as a result of or in connection with the use of Investuj24.sk services. It is not responsible for damages that Users or third parties may incur as a result of the impossibility of using Investuj24.sk services or in direct or indirect connection with this fact.
  12. The advertiser is responsible for ensuring that the content of the advertisement and/or photographs or other files attached to the advertisement do not affect the rights of third parties. The operator is not responsible for interference with the rights of third parties by the User – advertiser.
  13. The User – Advertiser is responsible for the content of the Advertisement. The operator bears no responsibility for the content of the advertisement. When submitting an advertisement, the advertiser is obliged to comply with the conditions of publication and relevant legal regulations.
  14. In the event that the Advertiser attaches photos of which he is the author to the Advertisement, immediately upon placing the advertisement on the server or within the mobile application, he grants the Operator a free, non-exclusive license to use the photographs, for the duration of the publication of the Advertisement on the server or within the mobile application and for the methods of use in accordance with the determination of the server and mobile applications and in accordance with these terms.
  15. The advertiser may not attach to the ad photos from other sellers’ ads originally taken on the sold goods.
  16. The operator declares that it devotes and will devote itself to the management of Deal2invest.com services with maximum effort and professional care, so as to minimize all possible risks that could arise to users or third parties during the proper use of the service.
  17. If the user violates our terms, he can be blocked and his ads deleted regardless of the ordered and paid services.
  18. The Operator is entitled to modify or upgrade the Server service without the consent of the Users and without their prior notification.
  19. These conditions become valid and effective at the moment of their publication.
  20. The operator reserves the right to change these conditions.

 

Terms and conditions of advertisement publication

  1. Advertisements are subject to editorial review and editing.
  2. We publish advertisements continuously every day except the weekend. By default, ads are published no later than 48 hours after receiving payment, which we inform the owner of the ad by email.
  3. Any change in the wording of the advertisement (in texts, attachments) that the Advertiser is interested in making is reported by the Advertiser by email to super@deal2invest.com
  4. One modification of the wording of the ad is free. The second and further adjustments will be charged according to the scope of changes in accordance with the agreement with the Advertiser.
  5. We edit the headlines, descriptions of the ad, photos, content, attachments if they do not correspond to our publication conditions.
  6. The headings of the advertisements should be specific, concise and should contain the most specific area or focus of the project. Do not include non-specific connections “I’m looking for an investor”, various superlatives “the best project of the millennium” or “super business” and do not include information about the amount of valuation in the headings, specific columns in the ad are for this. If the content of the ad is not satisfactory, it will be modified.
  7. Photos, advertisement texts and other fields not designated for this may not contain contact information, logos, phone numbers, website names and other contact information. This is what the specific fields with contact information are for. If attachments or images contain this information, it will be deleted or overlaid from the images.

 

Ads that will not be published

  • Advertisements with non-specific content (it is not clear what it is about),
  • Advertisements with incomplete contact information for the advertiser. Each ad must include a direct telephone contact and e-mail for the Advertiser. Telephone contacts are continuously checked and advertisements with fictitious telephone contacts will not be published,
  • Duplicate advertisements (advertisements with the same content),
  • Advertisements written in a language other than English.
  • Advertisements that contain in the title and text the names of companies, websites, or other direct or indirect contacts through which it would be possible to establish contact with the Advertiser
  • The advertisement contains several projects in one advertisement,
  • An ad asking for individual help or a non-business need
